“The hotel is in the centre of Cairns explenade.
The room is beautiful (level 12)
Only the mattress its too soft, if someone has back issue or chronic pain, better let the staff know.
For the rest 10/10 .”
“Hotel in ottima posizione, vicino alle partenze delle navi per la barriera corallina ed alla zona centrale. Ottima stanza, comoda e pulita. L'orario di apertura della reception dovrebbe essere più lungo. Non si hanno molte possibilità di chiedere informazioni se se ne ha bisogno.”
“Nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfast. The hotel parking was often full but fortunately you have enough free parking spots along the street close to the hotel. Quite far from the center of Cairns (25 min walking), but not too far from the airport (8 min by car). No express check-out procedure, Receptionists not that empathetic.”

Clean, big rooms, easy parking near by and walking distance to the water and shops.
The friendly staff is always happy to give great recommendations about food and thing to do.

“Le camere sono destinate a famiglie per soggiorni vacanza in questa località di mare. Ampie con angolo cucina e frigo tavolo da pranzo. Terrazzino con tavolino per poltroncine. La colazione è semplice e un po' costosa in rapporto alla qualità offerta. Lo staff è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e mi piacerebbe tornarci.”
“Hotel pulito e confortevole. Non in posizione centralissima ma comunque a 300/400 metri dall'esplanade. Da segnalare la disponibilità e la cortesia delle receptionist che si sono prodigate in tutti i modi per organizzarci le escursioni nonostante il poco preavviso con cui le abbiamo chieste.”

“Posizione centralissima, di fronte al meraviglioso acquario ed a pochi passi dal lungomare e dai ristoranti accoglienti, dall'ottimo cibo. Rapido il servizio di aggiudicazione delle camere, in tipico stile anglo-coloniale con comodi e sufficienti spazi per le macchine. Grande tranquillità. Ottima la prima colazione. A chi interessasse la gestione del ristorante è cinese. Raccomandabile”
“It’s in a great location right in the heart of the city entertainment area. The room was absolutely stunning and the staff were great. The only slight negative is that we were on level 4 and the rooftop bar was quite loud until after 10pm and then the set up for breakfast (assumption) started about 5.30am.”

La camera assegnataci era spaziosa con arredi moderni e un bel balcone ,attrezzato con tavolo e sedie, con vista sulla citta'.il Bagno era dotato di una doccia semi aperta che allagava il pavimento. Purtroppo la pulizia era poco accurata, veniva solo rifatto il letto, nel bagno gli asciugamani non venivano sostituiti.Ho trovato la colazione poco assortita di dolci e con prodotti...
“This was a wonderful place to stay and visit the Great Barrier Reef. The hotel is perfectly located, with a 5 minute walk to the marina where all the tours begin for the Great Barrier Reef. The staff were so friendly and helpful in the most wonderful way, and a special thank you to Jacob. The restaurants and their staff were so kind, and the food ever so generous and delicious.
